The merchandise available on this website may change frequently. We will keep you updated on the new arrivals and sales if you register to receive emails. Despite our efforts in synchronizing the website merchandise with our in store merchandise, some items that appear on the website may be out of stock. In this case, we will refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability within 48 hours of the time of purchase.
Special Orders
Some of the items shown on this website may be special ordered if your size is not shown. Please feel free to email and we will try to accommodate your requests.
Order management
You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "pending". If order status is "shipped", it cannot be cancelled. You can view your order history and order status in your account by clicking on the "order status" link.
Sales Tax
All Canadian sales will be charged 5% GST and 5% PST where applicable.
Customs
For purchases outside Canada, consult the customs legislations of your country. For U.S. residents, please refer to the U.S. customs website at www.cbp.gov. Aria Boutique (shoparia.ca) does not take any responsibility for any customs fees for shipments.
Shipping fees and delivery times
All shipments within Canada and the USA will arrive within 3-5 business days. An additional 1-2 business day processing time is required. For international orders allow up to two weeks for delivery. An email will be sent to state approx. arrival date after shipping.

We ship to Canada, the United States, Group A - E.U. (except Baltic countries, Malta, Slovakia and Slovenia), Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Group B - Israel, U.A.E., Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand).
Wrong address, non received items and returns
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company that you received it by, you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
