EXCHANGE & RETURN

Items purchased at a discount are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Policy
Returns must be shipped with a USPS, Canada Post, or FedEx service providing tracking number and insurance. Returns shipped with other companies than above will be rejected. Returns must be done within 5 days of the reception of the package. The item must not be worn, altered or washed and must have its original tags. We do not accept returns for underwear or jewellery. Shipping fees are not refundable. You will be charged for any fees incurred and an extra 10$ restocking fee. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at the ShopAria office.

All returns should be authorized by us before the item is sent back, you'll be provided with a return authorization number. Returns must be made with a shipping method providing tracking number and insurance. The return authorization number should be written on the package. All the returned items should be declared as a "return" on the custom declaration, returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.

Exchange Policy
Only items shipped to the U.S. and Canada are eligible for a return.
